I'm Leila (pronounced lee-luh) and I am a New York-based creative with a passion for storytelling. I graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany, SUNY with a B.A. in journalism, sociology, and Spanish. I created Write Up Your Alley because I not only love writing my own stories, but helping others write theirs. Copyediting, content writing, and commerce writing allow me to engage both the analytical and critical sides of my brain. ​​
