Manuscript Evaluation 

I will provide structural feedback where it relates to plot (holes, inconsistencies, etc.), characters, themes, pacing, structure, voice/tone, etc. You will received an annotated copy of your manuscript as well as a 5-10 page edit letter with suggestions for improvement, my overall consensus, and additional resources (comp titles, writing craft books, and videos).

1-on-1 Brainstorming Call

Do you want a quick brainstorming session to see if you're on the right track or get feedback on the opening hook of your story? Then this hour long session is perfect for you! I will read the first 20 pages beforehand and provide my notes prior to our scheduled call where we'll discuss the pages, brainstorm ideas and problem solve together. Perfect for people who love/are interested in workshopping!

Other Important Info!

  • The 50% deposit at the time of signing the contract is non-refundable.

  • I am open to many genres, in both adult and young adult. My favorite genres to read are realistic/contemporary fiction, historical fiction, upmarket/bookclub fiction, thriller/mystery, literary fiction and fantasy. But I’m open to many.

    • Note: I may not be the best fit for middle grade, hard sci-fi books or erotica, as I do not read those genres/age category.
